Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Nailnatty. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Timeframe -- Free up to 30 days

We offer one free return or exchange on unworn, non-custom pieces with original packaging within 30 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email customer@nailnatty.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.If you have opened or used the product, we will not be able to accept your request.

Return request

Any item that is not in original condition, or that is damaged or has missing parts for reasons other than manufacturer defect may not be eligible for return.


We only accept return requests for products that are not on sale at a discount. We are unable to accept returns if you purchased an item on sale.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product, which is not included in the cost of our return to you.

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at customer@nailnatty.com
